Raj Mukatira is a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed to treat patients across life span. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from Purdue University (2000) and Masters in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Lifespan) from Vanderbilt University (2015). Director of Business Development and Utilization Review, holds a Master of Education Psychology and Counseling Education degree from Tennessee Technological University. She brings well over a decade of clinical experience in working with both children and adults. She also has extensive experience in utilization review.

Alisa is the Director of Business Development and Utilization Review at The Transformation Center. As a member of the management team, she oversees daily operations, compliance with Joint Commission standards, state licensing requirements and staff development. In addition, she coordinates marketing opportunities within the community and supervises Master of Health Administration interns.

Alisa’s professional experience and personal conviction that “every person deserves to be the best version of themselves” leads to ensure every patient at The Transformation Center receives quality care in a safe and encouraging environment. She has been with The Transformation Center since April of 2017. She lives in the Memphis area with her husband and three children. In her free time, Alisa enjoys supporting her children at the ball field and watching college football.
