EXCELLENT Based on 63 reviews Posted on Seletha FTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you're seeking to enhance your quality of life and need assistance with managing various challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and more, this is the place to turn to. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I don’t agree with people saying that team of professionals don’t really help. Truth be told that if you’re going anywhere expecting someone to fix you then that is the root of the problem. You have to WANT to help yourself first, putting in the hard work that it takes before anyone can help you. My experience with them was exceptional and far surpassed my expectations. Making the decision to seek their help was one of the best choices I've made in selecting my healthcare team. The fact that my family and friends have noticed changes in my behavior and actions demonstrates their expertise and effectiveness. I've never encountered a facility where so many therapists, the doctor, nurse, and administrative staff work seamlessly as a cohesive team. Elizabeth, Rob, Laura, Star, Stuart, Jennifer, Trina, Mitch, Danielle, Shelby, and Justin will make things happen for you, again, if you’re putting in the work! Their administrative team, Angel and Andrea are the absolute BEST! Their nurse, Monica has me remembering my medications by memory including the dosages/frequencies. And Dr. Raj is authentic, he listens, and will keep it real with you. Therefore, if you're committed to making positive changes and gaining control over the issues I mentioned, this organized team of professionals can assist you in achieving your goals. Thank me later!Posted on Darlene MayesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was very apprehensive about going to a mental health facility. The staff here is amazing with assisting me with my mental health issues and seeing myself in a different light. Angel and Andrea are the first two staff members I met, they helped my with all the paperwork, insurance, and leave from work. Anything I needed they were there. I really appreciate and miss the entire team. I felt welcomed.Posted on Chanda HaynesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff is AMAZING!! Angel in reception is a real angel on earth!Posted on Allison LeighTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This place has been amazing. It’s really scary picking an intensive care program and they’ve been the best from the first phone call. It’s thorough, organized, clean, positive, and extremely helpful so far. The low reviews here are factually inaccurate, they definitely understand disorders and do individual. I’m very grateful!Posted on Dylan AdamsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Transformation Center quite literally saved my life. I could not have asked for better care during my time as a patient there. The staff and care team took very good care of me. I felt like my caregivers truly cared about my well-being and happiness. Over the months of programming there, I established some great relationships with the care team and other patients. They helped guide me from the most difficult and painful time of my life to the most happy and wonderful time of my life. I would not be here today if it had not been for the Transformation Center. I was truly transformed by this place! If you need help like I did, I'd highly recommend this wonderful place!
