You deserve to live a happy life where you are able to manage life’s problems and live out your dreams. The relationship you have with your body, food and those you love should be healthy and rewarding.
It is most likely that you are your own worst critic – constantly trying to “get it right” for your self and others.
Our commitment to you is to work passionately on your behalf, without judging, to make this a reality.
Our nationally accredited Intensive Outpatient Program for adults and adolescents and our professional counseling team will make a substantial difference in your life.
In order to make this available to you we have both an evening and a daytime program in a beautiful, comforting facility, which includes group therapy and several hours of individual therapy each week.
Individual therapy including nutritional counseling, and mind/body therapies are essential components of any intensive outpatient program.
A tremendously effective part of our program deals with underlying traumatic events in a person’s life that, if left untreated, make overcoming an eating disorder extremely difficult.
To that end we have established another nationally accredited program designed to treat trauma, post-traumatic stress disorders and grief and loss issues.
These two programs work hand-in-hand to provide the most effective way to help you discover a joyful mind, a healthy body and a balanced life.
