FITNESS FUSION CLASS

This class is for the beginner, intermediate and advanced adult fitness enthusiast who has been trying to reach their fitness goal, but have not had the success they were looking for on their own. Our goal is to motivate and inspire every person who attends to exercise consistently, and move closer to becoming their BEST physical self. Stop living in the past and come take hold of your future. Our motto for this session is NEW ATTITUDE! If we can change your attitude towards how you approach your health, mind, body and spirit; your life will be changed for the better forever! Join us this September as we take this journey together!

MID-DAY ESCAPE CLASSES

Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit…
This class will provide you with an opportunity to cultivate stress management skills as you
experience a variety of
relaxation techniques and body
Movements including: stretching, breath work, silent energy meditations, and myofascial release.

AB ATTACK / CORE STRENGTH CLASSES

Need to strengthen your core, or tighten your tummy? Short on time? This 20 minute class focuses on firming and defining the abdominal, core muscles and lower back.
Duration: 20-30 minutes Days: T, Th Times: 8:45A & 5:45P
